Is Cinematic Recorder free?
Yes. Recording, editing and exporting are free. Some extras (higher quality, more AI credits) come with Premium.
Where are my recordings saved?
On your device: in the app on a phone, in the app's own folder on a Mac or PC, and in your browser's storage in the web app. Nothing is uploaded unless you share a link.
What does the floating toolbar do?
⏸ pauses and resumes, 🔖 Mark flags an important moment, ✨ Highlight marks a whole stretch (press again to end), ✏️ lets you draw on the screen, 📷 takes a screenshot (Mac), ⏹ stops. AI edit zooms in closer at marks and highlights. On a Mac, point at a button to see its name.
How does AI edit work?
It looks at where the screen changes, your marks and highlights, and where you circled the mouse, then adds smooth zoom, click rings, click and typing sounds, blurs private information and can add subtitles. Everything but subtitles is worked out on your device.
How do share links work?
Share link uploads that one video and gives you a link anyone can open in a browser to watch or download it. The video is deleted after 3 hours; the page then says it has expired. See all your links, views and time left under My links.
Why was I signed out?
An account can be signed in on one device of each kind (one Android phone, one iPhone, one Mac, one Windows PC, one browser). Signing in on another device of the same kind signs the older one out — or someone signed it out from Signed-in devices. Just sign in again.
How do I take a screenshot on the Mac?
Press ⇧⌘9 (an area) or ⇧⌘0 (the whole screen), or use the camera icon in the menu bar. Drag to choose an area, draw on it with pen, arrow, box or text, then Copy (⌘C), Save (⌘S) or Share.
Can it record the sound from apps?
Yes on Android 10 and later and on the Mac (system sound), along with your microphone. In the web app, a browser tab's sound can be recorded when you share that tab.
How do updates work?
The app tells you when a new version is ready. Tap Update now: Android downloads it and opens the installer (allow it to install updates once), the Mac app replaces itself and reopens, and the web app is always up to date.
Does the web version do everything?
Recording, editing, AI edit, drawing and share links work in Chrome or Edge on a computer. The floating toolbar needs Chrome or Edge.
Can I open pictures with it on a Mac?
Yes. Right-click a picture › Open With › Cinematic Recorder to page through the whole folder, gallery style.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile › Account › Delete account. Your recordings stay on your devices.
Something isn't working
Update to the latest version first. If it still happens, use Bug report in the menu and tell us what you did.

আমার রেকর্ডিং কোথায় সেভ হয়?

ভাসমান টুলবারের বোতামগুলো কী করে?
⏸ থামায় ও আবার চালায়, 🔖 মার্ক একটা গুরুত্বপূর্ণ মুহূর্ত চিহ্নিত করে, ✨ হাইলাইট পুরো একটা অংশ চিহ্নিত করে (আবার চাপলে শেষ), ✏️ দিয়ে পর্দায় আঁকা যায়, 📷 স্ক্রিনশট নেয় (ম্যাক), ⏹ রেকর্ডিং বন্ধ করে। মার্ক আর হাইলাইটে AI এডিট বেশি কাছে জুম করে। ম্যাকে বোতামে মাউস নিলে নাম দেখায়।
AI এডিট কীভাবে কাজ করে?
পর্দার কোথায় বদলাচ্ছে, আপনার মার্ক ও হাইলাইট, আর কোথায় মাউস গোল করে ঘুরিয়েছেন তা দেখে মসৃণ জুম, ক্লিক রিং, ক্লিক ও টাইপিং শব্দ যোগ করে, গোপন তথ্য ঝাপসা করে, আর চাইলে সাবটাইটেল দেয়। সাবটাইটেল ছাড়া সবকিছু আপনার ডিভাইসেই হিসাব হয়।
শেয়ার লিংক কীভাবে কাজ করে?
শেয়ার লিংক শুধু ওই ভিডিওটা আপলোড করে একটা লিংক দেয়, যা যে কেউ ব্রাউজারে খুলে দেখতে বা ডাউনলোড করতে পারে। ৩ ঘণ্টা পর ভিডিও মুছে যায়; তখন পেজে লেখা থাকে মেয়াদ শেষ। আমার লিংক-এ সব লিংক, ভিউ আর বাকি সময় দেখুন।
আমি সাইন-আউট হয়ে গেলাম কেন?
এক অ্যাকাউন্ট প্রতিটি ধরনের একটা ডিভাইসে সাইন-ইন থাকতে পারে (একটা অ্যান্ড্রয়েড ফোন, একটা আইফোন, একটা ম্যাক, একটা উইন্ডোজ পিসি, একটা ব্রাউজার)। একই ধরনের আরেকটায় সাইন-ইন করলে পুরোনোটা সাইন-আউট হয় — অথবা কেউ সাইন-ইন করা ডিভাইস থেকে সাইন-আউট করেছে। আবার সাইন-ইন করলেই হবে।
ম্যাকে স্ক্রিনশট কীভাবে নেব?
⇧⌘9 (একটা অংশ) বা ⇧⌘0 (পুরো পর্দা) চাপুন, অথবা মেনু বারের ক্যামেরা আইকন। টেনে অংশ বাছুন, কলম, তীর, বক্স বা লেখা দিয়ে আঁকুন, তারপর কপি (⌘C), সেভ (⌘S) বা শেয়ার।
অন্য অ্যাপের শব্দ কি রেকর্ড হয়?

ওয়েব ভার্সনে কি সবকিছু হয়?
কম্পিউটারের Chrome বা Edge-এ রেকর্ড, এডিট, AI এডিট, আঁকা আর শেয়ার লিংক সব কাজ করে। ভাসমান টুলবারের জন্য Chrome বা Edge লাগে।
ম্যাকে কি এটা দিয়ে ছবি খোলা যায়?
