By installing or using Cinematic Recorder (the Android app, the Mac and Windows apps, and the web app) you agree to these terms.

1. Using the app

• You may use the app for personal and business work.
• Don't use it to break the law, to record people who haven't agreed to it where that consent is required, or to copy content you don't have the right to record (paid streams, protected films and the like).
• Don't try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or get around its limits.

2. Your content

• Everything you record, edit or screenshot is yours. We claim no rights over it.
• You are responsible for what you record and for who you share it with.
• When you share a link, anyone who has the link can watch and download that video until it expires (3 hours) or you delete it. Only share links with people you trust.
• We may remove a shared video that breaks the law or these terms.

3. Your account

• Signing in with Google is optional. Without it the app still records and edits.
• An account is for one person. It can be signed in on one device of each kind (one Android phone, one iPhone, one Mac, one Windows PC, one browser); signing in on another device of the same kind signs the older one out. Sharing one account between several people is not allowed, and we may block accounts that do it.
• You can sign any device out from Signed-in devices, and delete your account at any time.

4. Premium and AI credits

• Some features may need Premium or AI credits. What is included is shown in the app.
• Premium given for a set period ends on the date shown in your profile.
• AI results (subtitles, zoom, effects) are made automatically and can be wrong; check them before you publish.
• If you use your own AI key, that provider's terms and prices apply to it.

5. Updates

The app checks for new versions and offers to install them. Some updates may be required for the app to keep working with our service.

6. Availability

We work to keep the service running, but it may be unavailable at times, and features may change or end. Your recordings stay on your device either way.

7. No warranty

The app is provided "as is". We are not responsible for lost recordings, missed moments or indirect losses; please keep copies of important videos.

8. Ending use

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or block accounts that break these terms.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the app after a change, the new terms apply.

10. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. For questions use Bug report in the app's menu or the contact link on our website.
